Since Isabelle Kent joined as Executive Director in February 2022, we have been laser-focused on listening to the community, developing new and unique events, strengthening existing offerings, and most of all, thinking big on behalf of each of you--and our amazing city.
Since the beginning of this year, we have hosted a virtual Welcome Wagon event, interviewed 34 founders for our Spring Accelerator programs, hosted our first idea-stage workshop, and are about to release our 2021 Impact Report.
We can't wait to share the impact that has been created since the Underserved Founder Fund was established, and continue to double down on that legacy. Remember: we're here to support all of you on your startup journey, and to create even more opportunities for success for every member of our ecosystem.

Grovara Announces Expansion to Mexico, Dubai

"Grovara is cementing its global natural food wholesaling footprint with expansions in Mexico and the Middle East.
Calling from a trade show in Dubai, Grovara CEO Abu Kamara said Wednesday that his startup is hiring employees internationally and in Philadelphia as it seeks to raise a $5 million bridge funding round.
